Matched properties show up in your dashboard with owner info and basic underwriting already run. No digging, no spreadsheets.
Pick what's worth pursuing, put it under contract, and assign it to your buyer.
Buyer closes, the assignment fee gets paid, we take 30 percent. Nothing before that.

This isn't a second product to choose between. OffRoute is narrower; it only sources off-market properties, and feeds that flow straight into AcquiRoute. One engine, two ways in.

This is a software and lead-sourcing partnership with a revenue share tied to closed deals; it is not a brokerage arrangement. Depending on your state and how your buyers close, licensing questions can come up. We flag those for your own attorney to review rather than resolve them ourselves.
