Terms of Service
What we do
Aludel Systems provides custom software, websites, automation, dashboards, contract review, and paralegal document services. We build around the tools you already use.
Setup fees
Setup fees are non-refundable once work begins. This covers scoping, planning, and initial development time.
Monthly fees and billing
Monthly fees are billed in advance. Cancellation requires 30 days notice. Access continues through the paid period.
Maintenance and tailoring
Ongoing changes, maintenance, and tailoring are billed separately from monthly hosting and support fees.
What you provide
You provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to existing tools and accounts. Delays on your side extend timelines.
Third-party tools
We build around your existing software. Aludel Systems is not responsible for changes, outages, or policy shifts in third-party tools you choose to keep using.
Paralegal and contract services
Document support only. Not legal advice or attorney representation. For legal matters requiring licensed counsel, we will tell you.
Data handling
We store project data securely. We do not sell your information. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Liability
Aludel Systems liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for business decisions you make based on system outputs.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. You keep your data. We assist with export where technically feasible.
Operating name
Aludel Systems is an operating name. We do not operate as a corporation, LLC, or other formal entity. The name stands alone.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
